Beatriz Reyes
Beatriz Reyes is bankruptcy attorney at Gomez & Simone Law, focusing on Chapter 7 bankruptcies under the supervision of Stuart Simone. She has worked on hundreds of cases, from simple personal Chapter 7s to eliminate credit card debt, to complex corporate business liquidations. She knows all the procedures, and she is well aware of what to look out for in Chapter 7s to protect our clients.
Beatriz also is our resident expert in electronic filing, and over the years has show extraordinary dedication by coming into work very early or leaving the office very late just so she can file an emergency bankruptcy or motion in the nick of time. Did you know that a foreclosure auction set for 9:00 AM can be stopped cold by a bankruptcy filed at 8:59? Beatriz knows for sure – she’s been there and done that! Beatriz Reyes is one more reason that Gomez & Simone is so good at helping homeowners in emergency situations.
